Exercise at Desk with Ease!

Exercise has never been my BFF. It takes time away from other activities, it's not something I like doing alone, and I don't like spending money on a gym membership. If I'm going to exercise, I want to do it in a way that doesn't take time away from my family, work or chores, and makes it easy to lose weight without trying. Impossible, right? Up until recently, I thought so. Then I discovered the FitDesk exercise desk/bike.

I've become a preacher for this product because I love it. A lazy couch potato like me is now exercising up to 2 hours a day because it's so EASY.

The FitDesk is an exercise desk/bike combo. It's lightweight, portable, folds for easy storage and has a shelf to hold your laptop computer. And since I work at home on my computer, it's the perfect way for me to "exercise at desk." My bike IS my desk!

I was able to assemble my FitDesk exercise desk is less than 30 minutes (even though I'm mechanically challenged) and started riding right away. I started out exercising only 20-30 minutes a day, but once I got used to sitting on a bike seat again, I quickly worked up to longer sessions. Now I ride about 2 hours every day while I work on my computer. It's not a perfect piece of exercise equipment, as it does have a few items that could be changed (many people on Amazon have complained that the rubber strap to hold the computer needs to be improved, and I agree), but for a couch potato like me, this is as close to perfect as it gets.
